A. Eligibility

Membership is available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering as a member, you agree to provide accurate information and to abide by FreshGrow’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

B. Billing and Renewal

If you subscribe to any paid membership features, charges will be billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selection. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

You can manage your membership preferences at any time through your FreshGrow Account Dashboard.

C. Upgrades & Downgrades

If you are using a paid membership feature, you may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Adjustments will take effect on your next billing cycle.

D. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time. Refunds are only available for annual plans canceled within 7 days of purchase. Monthly payments are non-refundable once billed.

E. Member Responsibilities

As a FreshGrow member, you agree to:

F. Termination of Membership

FreshGrow reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships if we detect misuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service. Notice will be sent via the registered email address before any action is taken.
