Welcome to FreshGrow! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, and systems provided by FreshGrow Hydroponics ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

FreshGrow (together with its affiliates, "FreshGrow", "we", or "us") provides smart hydroponic and mushroom-growing systems, products, and services (collectively, the "FreshGrow Products") through its website ("FreshGrow Site") and through digital platforms including mobile, desktop, and tablet applications, as well as FreshGrow-managed social media pages (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube).

To simplify these Terms, the FreshGrow website, subscriptions, mobile apps, and all related services are collectively referred to as the "FreshGrow Services" or "Services". By accessing or using any part of the FreshGrow Services, or by purchasing any FreshGrow Product, you (or the user) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, Return policy, Subscription Terms, and Limited Warranty, which collectively constitute a binding legal agreement between you and FreshGrow.

A. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian to use our platform and make purchases. By accessing FreshGrow, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

B. Products & Services

• Hydroponic grow kits and accessories
• Mushroom growing blocks and systems
• Nutrients, seeds, and spore products
• Educational content and support tools

Product availability may vary. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items without notice.

C. Orders & Payments

• Provide accurate billing and shipping information
• Pay the total price, including applicable taxes and fees
• Authorize FreshGrow to process payment through your selected method

We accept major credit/debit cards, e-wallets, and partner payment platforms.

D. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide within 3–7 business days. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to courier issues, weather, or unforeseen events may occur.

E. Returns & Refunds

We offer returns for damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery. To qualify:

• Provide proof of purchase
• Submit clear photo/video of the product
• Ship the item back (if required)

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days once approved.

F. User Responsibilities

• Misuse or tamper with hardware/software
• Resell products without permission
• Use our products for unlawful or harmful purposes

G. Intellectual Property

All FreshGrow content—logos, images, text, software—is protected and owned by FreshGrow. You may not reuse or modify our materials without written permission.

H. Privacy

I. Limitation of Liability

FreshGrow is not liable for:

• Injuries caused by improper use of kits
• Plant or mushroom growing failure due to neglect
• Third-party errors (couriers, payment gateways)

Our liability is limited to the product value paid.
